About me

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona with over 15 years of professional experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anger management, emotional regulation, anxiety, workplace stressors, blended families, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, communication improvement, body image and self esteem work, just to name a few. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating all with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strengths focused and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Please note that at this time I’m only available for live chat sessions and not phone or video.

Jessica was very pleasant to work with as my first therapist. I like that she offered chat to communicate as I was able to have my sessions on my breaks at work. She was very professional and gave helpful advice. She paid attention to everything I told her and and was very nice.

Absolutely love Jessica! She is kind and had a wonderful listening ear. She seems to know what I need to talk about before I even realize it! So thankful to have made such a wonderful connection.

Jessica is great at being patient and listening intently whenever we chat! She's excellent at matching the energy I'm putting off on any given day so conversations are never overwhelming and are almost always helpful in one way or another.
