Jessica Barry, LCSW
About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Northeast Tennessee. As a therapist, I believe in using a person centered approach above any other treatment modality. Models, theories, and frameworks are an important part of therapy, but what's most important is the working relationship between client and treatment provider. Clients each have their own path to recovery, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs or preferences. I enjoy working with a variety of individuals with a wide array of life stressors, including specialized training with mothers experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. No matter the situation I will work with you to explore, articulate, and strategize so that you may find a path forward.

Jessica is the absolute best! I could not have asked for a better counselor! She does her best to relate to my experiences and even gives some of her own personal life as examples or to show she understands my side of things. She has given me such great advice and so many different tips and techniques to try to help me cope with my anxiety.
