Jessica is probably the best therapist Ive had. She listens to me, gives good advice in a way that always makes me think for myself. I am very pleased with the care i am receiving from Jessica. She is professional, kind, thoughtful and approachable. I greatly appreciate her honest and straightforward nature and trust that she is genuinely focused on helping me get the most out of our time together. Due to the nature of the platform, appointments are always easy to attend, weather it be from my couch at home, kitchen table or even my car sometimes ( I swear, the car is always parked in a safe spot during my sessions!). To be honest, having to find time to travel to and from appointments has made it extremely difficult for me to maintain the counselling sessions I have attended in the past.
