Hi! My name is Jessica Busekist and I am a Mental Health Counselor in NY state. I have been providing therapy and support for over eight years in a variety of settings and with people of all ages and backgrounds.
I believe that it is important to meet people where they are at and allow you as the client to be in charge of your treatment. My goal is to help you determine what your needs are and what the best path is to achieving your goals and improving your life.
Whether you know exactly what you need (which don't worry, most people don't) and just need some help along the way; you are looking for skills to give your strength and courage; have deep hurts or traumas that you want to address; or you are just looking for support to talk about ongoing concerns and stressors, I'm here to help.

Working with Jessica has been so helpful to me. This is my first experience with therapy and I was so nervous I wouldn’t know what to do or say, but she put me right at ease.
