Jessica is a great therapist. I appreciate that she communicates in a manner that resonates with me. My former therapist had a good methodology but didn’t communicate it in a way that I could get. I had to buy a book to understand what she was trying get me to do. I feel like Jessica takes her client’s personality and background into account when communicating with them.
