About me
Are you currently struggling and feel alone? Do you feel like things will never get better? Would you like to openly talk to someone about your concerns in a safe and non-judgmental space? During challenging times, people want to feel validated, heard, supported, and gain a sense of hope. I’m devoted to providing a non-judgmental, safe, and warm space for you to address your concerns related to anxiety, worry, stress, depression, drug/alcohol addiction, anger or self-esteem. Together we will determine your goals of therapy and identify coping strategies that best meet your needs. I teach a variety of techniques and coping skills to help people move toward their goals. Those techniques can include or be related to cognitive behavioral interventions, relaxation, problem solving skills, self-care, and stress/anger management.
You do not have to face your struggles alone. I am here to support you and help you reach your mental health goals. I invite you to schedule an appointment with me if you think I’ll be a good fit.
