About me

My childhood dream of talking to people all day has finally come true as a counselor. My mission is to intentionally empower others to thrive in whatever situations they experience or choose. I am particularly passionate about helping clients feel more engaged with life and encouraging them to make values-based decisions. I have experience with clients as young as 3 (and as old as 78) in community, college, court, and school settings. When not working, I volunteer, walk my pup, Sammy, and stay on the move as much as possible.

I'm so grateful to have had Jessica as a therapist. Her kindness and ability to listen and provide insight and challenges have been monumental in my path forward.
