I sought out BetterHelp because I felt stuck. I chose Jessica specifically because of her work related to grief over dogs. My issue was not dog grief (though some of it might be) but I thought someone that empathetic would be a good person to have in my corner. I have had just two sessions but I already feel more in control of my life and future. In my first session alone, I felt a heavy load lift from my shoulders for all the insight.
