Jessica has been a fantastic therapist. She has a genuine, caring approach and really listens to you. She offers practical advice and guidance as appropriate and checks in frequently, but isn't pushy. Wonderful therapist!

I've worked with Jessica for multiple challenges I've faced in my life. She is always very insightful, respectful, and kind. I spoke with her in 2020 and because of that experience when I need someone again, I reached out to her. I'm so grateful for the tools and support she has provided in my life. She has helped with me through my most difficult times.

Jessica has been a sounding board, a safe space, and the paramount source of support and encouragement I've needed to work through the loss of my mother, the many transitions endured in result, and my underlying baggage. She is an ear to listen whether you want to rant about something seemingly irrelevant, or really dive deep. She always meets you where you are at with such a kind soul. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work with her and grateful for her role in my journey to healing.
