I have only begun the process of therapy recently but Jessica’s guidance and expertise made it accessible.
Thanks to her work, I’d recommend Jessica as a therapist for anyone who needs support and who wants to be redirected toward positivity.
Thank you, Jessica!

I really appreciate the practical approaches that Jessica has. She's genuinely helped me open up and start the journey to becoming my truest self. She listens and validates things that I am feeling about the different stressful situations that I've been in. She's also timely with her responses and understands when life makes it a little harder to talk.

I have been able to do so much healing in such a short time with Jessica’s guidance. I feel heard and comfortable and felt this way the first session we had together. I can’t recommend Jessica enough.
