Jessica is fantastic. She understands what I’m going through and helped me see around the stigmas surrounding mental health. No judgements, just results!

I have been talking with Jessica for a couple weeks now, and I am grateful that she responds quickly in our chat messages, listens to my concerns, and is comforting on our video calls. I am glad I joined better help, it is useful for me to talk with a therapist on my own schedule.

Jessica has been incredibly insightful. Her ability to take what I say and present an alternate perspective has been very helpful. She is always professional and challenging. She present ideas and tasks that challenge me to put myself outside of my comfort zone for a better me and I really appreciate that.

Therapy for me was a big step, especially conducting it in a virtual setting. I was matched with Jessica Lyons and when I say she is a well needed breath of fresh air, I mean it! She actively listens, take notes and suggest/recommends working points on what I need to work on. I feel so comfortable talking with her and she puts my mind at ease throughout our sessions. Her gentle yet professional demeanor allows me to be compIetely open and honest with her while knowing that her knowledge and insight will help me to become a better version of myself while working on getting pass what I am dealing with. I certainly look forward to my sessions with her!
