Jessica is a very thoughtful, intentional, and intelligent therapist. I’ve found that she listens very well, remembers details from session to session, and offers helpful feedback and guidance. Her feedback feels authentic and she is easy to talk to. I would highly recommend!

Jessica is such a relatable therapist. She is so friendly and supportive. She listens and then helps me put things into a perspective for me that allows me to reflect and take steps to improve. She genuinely cares for my well-being and offers insights that help me understand how I view the world and myself. Jessica’s style of therapy is definitely the friend who wants you to succeed and will offer helpful advice along the way. I’ve had Three sessions so far with her and each time I feel like there is an all to important “AH HAA” moment that encourages me to continue this journey with her as my therapist.
