I worked with people experiencing addiction providing recovery skills. I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and have been since 2007. (Issued in AZ since 2021). I have worked with clients who have had difficult histories, experiencing moderate to severe symptoms associated with Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, Psychosis and PTSD. Over the years I have treated people who are or had experienced intimate partner violence, codependence, eating disorders and chronic pain. I would like develop a space that is safe yet lively enough to support and encourage self-exploration. An opportunity to process current or past experiences as needed. I hope to share skills and strategies that may help reduce symptoms, stress and increase feelings of strength and wellness.

Jessica is kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. She was very affirming and helped me not feel so crazy or strange for what I am going through, which I acknowledge is intense and deep. I'm very thankful for her!
