I am licensed in Florida with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, codependency, perinatal and post Partom anxiety, maternal mental health, trauma, abuse, motivation, & self esteem. Utilizing EMDR, CBT and DBT. I also have experience working with confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
