Jessica Rogal, LMSW
About me
I am Jessica Rogal, a Michigan licensed clinical social worker, with eight plus years experience working with individual children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I am passionate about learning people's stories and walking alongside their struggles, while working together to build emotional resilience and sustainable, personal growth into a life you enjoy living. Together individuals and I have addressed symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, histories of trauma, difficult family dynamics, life transitions, ambivalence, explosive behaviors, and relationship difficulties.
My therapeutic approach creatively integrates evidenced- based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma informed practices, mindfulness and neuroscience research.
It is my goal to use my knowledge and experiences in a way that is honest, relatable, non-judgmental and consistent. Taking steps towards change can be scary and overwhelming. It would be an honor to provide a safe and thought-provoking space that empowers you to grow in the direction of your choice.
