About me
Hi, I’m Jess, a passionate holistic counsellor, dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards healing, wellbeing and personal growth. My approach blends traditional counselling techniques with holistic practices, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. I believe that true healing happens when we address all aspects of ourselves - emotional, mental, physical and spiritual.
With a foundation in person-centred therapy, I offer a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and uncover the root causes of your challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, or seeking greater clarity and purpose, I’m here to support you through the process of self-discovery and transformation.
My work integrates a variety of modalities, including traditional talking therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, positive psychology and EFT Tapping, tailored to meet your unique needs. Together, we will work towards empowering you to achieve lasting change, resilience and a deeper sense of inner-peace.
I offer daytime and evening sessions via video, telephone or live chat. My schedule is regularly updated, however if you require a specific day or time, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate.

Jess makes me feel heard. I started talking to Jess at a time when I felt completely hopeless and lost as well as entirely alone and even after just one session, those feelings didn't feel so overwhelming. Jess listens and understands as well as helps me to see things from a different perspective. Therapy with Jess doesn't feel scary or daunting, it's given me hope that things will get better.
