Jessica Wong, LPC
About me
I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with various concerns including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I am a trauma-focused therapist helping people who have experienced trauma and abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive and I tailor my sessions and treatment plans to my clients' needs. Based on my understanding of the mind-body connection, my professional philosophy involves working with you to explore how your body and brain influence your thoughts and emotions. We work together to change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors, manage overwhelming emotions, and promote calmness in both your body and mind.
Taking the first step toward a more joyful and fulfilling life takes courage. Finding the right therapist for you can also feel like a lot. If you are ready to take that step I would love to work with you towards reaching your therapy goals.
