I’ve tried many therapist. From a young child to teenager, to now as an adult. I appreciate how Jessica is attentive to my needs as I go through a tumultuous divorce. Jessica is very observant and insightful. I have been in therapy a lot throughout my life, and Jessica brings new thought processes I have not heard of before. She is realistic, helps you to see your wins, and is really easy to talk to. She always seems to remember even more than I do about our previous sessions, she takes time to really listen to not only stories/concerns/thoughts, but she also is very good about helping you reflect on them, to see things you may have just blown past otherwise. Very wise, upbeat, kind, and I am always uplifted and motivated after a session.

My opinion is,I got an amazing therapist and I'm so blessed. She helps me so much in so many topics of my life that I didn't think I would get help for.
