Confidential and compassionate counseling provides a safe and nurturing place to work through any present struggle that maybe keeping you stuck. As a trained master's level mental health counselor I have 15 years experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, major life stressors, life transitions, work/life balance, caregiver stressors, boundaries, self-esteem, environmental stressors, and finding overall balance/wellness.
I offer a variety of integrated and holistic models of counseling that include but are not limited to: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Affirmation, Relaxation Techniques, Meditation, Self Care Management, Wellness Plans, Mindfulness Techniques, Grounding Techniques, and Coping Skills Development.
