About me

I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I truly believe in the healing power of participating in your self-exploration.

I welcome adolescents, adults, parents, and couples whom are seeking support in a variety of reasons. Through this journey of exploration, I provide empathy, compassion, and mindful curiosity when working with clients you. Feeling understood and cared for are important pieces in any helping relationship. I am passionate in working with you through your challenges, concerns, and celebrations together as a team.

I approach therapy with a focus on enhancing awareness and connection in the present moment. I believe that working on our obstacles and concerns can help unravel your creativity to be able to live life consciously and fully. I work with clients experiencing loss and grief, unresolved childhood issues, family & relationship dynamics anxiety, and identity.
I make it a priority to affirm and empower you for your bravery through difficult times. No one is more of an expert on your life and experiences than you are.
