Jill is amazing. It is clear that she does this to as a calling; to help people.
She is patient, supportive but also calls it like it is which is helpful to me and my avoiding the hard stuff.

Jill is thoughtful, focused and action oriented in her approach. Her partnership and support has empowered me in ways that have driven value in many aspects of my life, not only limited to the areas that we discuss directly. I would highly recommend her if you are seeking a therapist who will listen to you and actually hear you, to help you sort out and better understand your emotions/thoughts that may feel overwhelming or confusing at times and helps remind you of the ability you have to change and influence your own life while providing you tools to do.

I have worked with Jill now for a few months, mostly targeting anxiety management with work and parenting. Jill has always listened to me, showed empathy by sharing her own experiences, and sends me pertinent worksheets to target focus areas based on that week's discussion. I was skeptical about the worksheets at first, but actually taking the time to write out and work through issues has helped me better manage anxiety long term. Jill has also been a cheerleader, checking in on me as I go through the job application process and helping me feel relaxed and confident as I take it on while working full-time and parenting a toddler. Can't recommend Jill enough!

Shes very understanding and supportive. Even if you have a off day and dont want to talk about anything she will just talk with ya about daily life things. She checks up on you through out the week to make your ok.
