My time with Dr. Jill Foxman has been absolutely amazing! Therapy was quite new to me but she made me feel comfortable and right at home right from the beginning. I learned so much about myself, more than I have in 27 years of my life and I thank her for that newfound introspection. She really cares about her patients and listens to you and although I am taking a break right now, I hope to have her as a counselor when I am back!

Talking with Jill didn't feel like therapy but more like chatting to a friend even just after the first few sessions. She is very good at making you feel comfortable and after our sessions I always felt hopeful and uplifted. She was very supportive and encouraging and made sure to tell me she was always available any time if things went bad inbetween sessions, giving me the sense she genuinely cared for me! Jill was flexible working with large time differences and was always available to do a last minute switch if anything came up which was very useful. Jill put me at ease right away and was friendly but professional, I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this particular counselor. She listens well and provides good guidance as to what can be explored and how to improve whatever situation is occurring. In addition, she is very positive. That being said, as with any counselor, you have to do the work. If you do not do the work, there is no way you can improve. I wish you the best of luck in your journey.
