Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jill Gay. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I love talking to Jill. She’s a great listener and offers great advice and tips to manage my anxiety and stressors. I love that she reaches out when she hasn’t heard from me in a while. She always checks in at the right moment. I’ve always thought I was too self aware for therapy, but sometimes I have breakthroughs just by saying it out loud. Jill has pointed out consistencies in my thought pattern that I’ve never noticed. Some days I think that I’m not going to have anything to talk about, but that’s never been the case.

I feel like Jill has a deep understanding of my goals (because she’s asked the right questions) and helps guide me towards my better self. She asks great questions and challenges me to think beyond my comfort zone

I really have seen a remarkable improvement in my life since starting with Jill. She is very astute and has this supernatural ability to home in and offer exactly what is needed - whether it be a solution, laughing at my joke, offering an affirmation, etc. She immediately gave me the tools I needed, taught me how to use them, and how to get better at using them. I leave every session knowing I will succeed in my journey.

Jill is a thoughtful, compassionate, and wise soul to speak with. I believe she really takes the time to know where people are coming from and is an excellent partner to help unravel complex problems with. She gives concrete ideas and is very responsive during and between appointments. I appreciate her perspective and the peace she brings.

I have really enjoyed my time with Jill so far. I look forward to our conversations each week. It feels like I’m talking to a friend, a fellow Mom, and someone that understands my perspective and gives me sound advice and everyday tools that I can practice and incorporate into my daily life. Meeting online is also the only way I could fit this important weekly conversation into my life as a full time working wife and Mom of two small children, so it’s very convenient.
