Welcome. Thank you for considering me for your counseling services. I am licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio with over 20 years of professional work experience. I strive to use our therapeutic relationship along with specific therapeutic models to help meet your needs. I utilize tools from Postive Psychology and a strength based model to hone in on your specific strengths. With a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) we will address your needs. My goal is to walk along side you and assist you in determining the best steps for a healthy and satisfied life. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
