Jill has helped me in more ways than I can count. She has provided me with the tools, support, and knowledge I needed in my life to heal and grow. She has helped me become a better person. I am incredibly grateful for Jill and her expertise and would recommend her to anymore. As a therapist she helps me feel comfortable to express and share even the deepest things. Without her I'm not sure where I would be along this healing journey. We are all walking each other home and Jill has helped me on the journey home. Thank you Jill!

In just two sessions, Jill has awakened me to the fact that I am more self aware than I realized. She is providing tools for me to better deal with and cope with my issues.
She most definitely does not have an intimidating personality and she doesn’t act like she has all knowledge. I appreciate the fact that she makes it known that she can’t fix me, but she can give me the tools to help me become the best version of me that I can be!

My therapist Jill Mooney is incredible. She is very professional in respecting her clients time and privacy. She is a great listener and is wonderful at holding space for her clients. I have been working with Jill primarily to combat some core beliefs/automatic though processes that I have. I have learned a variety of different mindfulness practices that help me through moments of anxiety and work towards questioning those beliefs in a positive constructive manner.
I highly recommend Jill as a therapist and hope you consider her in the future.
