About me

I am inspired to empower you to transform your life by using my gift of insight and active listening. I hold a non-judgmental space for all parts of who you are to be seen and heard. I will challenge you toward change so if you are ready to do the work, you are in the right place.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Mindfulness Teacher. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, PTSD and trauma, and chronic pain.

My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy, and somatic experiencing. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
