My name is Jillian, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in the state of North Carolina. I am a Master’s Level Social Worker with an emphasis on adult mental health. I have worked in many different settings, such as inpatient and outpatient capacities seeing Client's individually and group settings. I have experience with working with Clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, self-esteem issues as well as working with those who have mild to persistent mental illnesses. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic approach, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Person-Centered therapy. I have also gained a great compassion for my work by working in the field of Suicide Prevention.
It's important to remember that finding a therapist is similar to finding the right car. In order to receive the greatest benefit from therapy, there must be a mutual fit for the Client and the Clinician. Many of my clients enjoy my authentic approach, and often feel comfortable with my honest and direct therapy style. You can expect us to spend time building rapport from the very beginning to ensure comfort and genuine connection.
As the Client, you have the option to identify how we will meet, whether through text message, phone and video therapy options. This is something we can further explore.
Let’s partner together to help you further your wellness goals. I look forward to working with you!

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jillian Baugh. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Jillian is the best therapist I have ever had. She wanted to get to know me and to help me. She helped me with coping strategies and helped me re-frame my way of thinking during an anxiety attack and just in general. Working with her helped me have less days where my depression is debilitating and never minded when my dogs decided to crash the session. She was always so flexible and made sure there was always a time we could meet. I can not say enough how much of a wonderful therapist she is.

Jillian is an incredible listener, she takes detailed notes, and then she asks the hard questions. I look forward to our session each week because I know I will come out of it with new clarity.

Jillian is wonderful! I look forward to our sessions each week. I really resonate with her style because it’s a mix of productive and action-oriented for me to practice new ways of thinking but also flexibility so I can vent a bit or free think and chat. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to approach their mental health with a desire to actively change some habits or ways of thinking.
