I have experience working with families in crisis, and individuals who are experiencing increased anxiety, stress, grief, trauma and loss. I am comfortable walking beside you, as you move towards the life you desire. I utilize a person centered approach. I will assess carefully and thoroughly and together we will fill in the missing pieces. Our thoughts are powerful and together we can discover the patterns of thinking that may be playing a role in your mood and behavior. I am Christian and my practice is Christ Centered which means I approach every person with Grace, Compassion and Truth. I am informed and influenced by scripture.
