Jo-Ann is an incredible therapist! She has helped me so much in learning how to quiet my overthinking mind and find a sense of peace I never thought possible. From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely understood. Her insights are always thoughtful, and she has an amazing way of helping me reframe my thoughts more positively and productively.
Not only is Jo-Ann compassionate and supportive, but she also challenges me in the best way—pushing me to grow, set boundaries, and build healthier thought patterns. Her guidance has truly transformed the way I approach life’s challenges, and I feel so much more confident and in control because of our work together.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is kind, wise, and deeply committed to your well-being, I can’t recommend Jo-Ann enough. She’s been a life-changing support system for me, and I’m so grateful to have found her!

I can't thank Jo-Ann enough for being part of my healing process. She is patient and understanding, I felt very safe telling her some of the most embarrassing thoughts and actions in order to find patterns and awareness in my behaviour. I feel I'm on track in a journey of self-improvement and I thank Jo-Ann for helping me get there.

Jo is the most wonderful listener. Kind, generous, and open. She has truly helped me to navigate some big life changes and always made me smile in every session no matter how bad I was feeling. I’d highly recommend Jo to anyone who needs therapy sessions that feel like a hug and a safe space to cry a bit..!
