Joan in an incredible therapist. I came to her with a number of things I needed to work on, death, trauma, anxiety, etc. With her help, I have gone from being terrorized by my anxiety to now having the tools to work through them in a safe and healthy manner. I hope everyone finds a therapist like Joan, someone who listens, empathizes, gives lots of tools and creates a safe place to grow and share.

I have finally connected with a therapist. Joan makes me feel understood. She listens attentively and make me feel comfortable sharing, or not sharing, uncomfortable things. When she speaks there is always kindness in her voice, and never judgement. Her help is making a positive impact in my life.
