Joanna has been so supportive and has enabled me to see my situation from a more positive perspective. She has taught me how to manage my anxiety and reminded me of what I have to support me that I know already. I find sessions with her invaluable and uplifting. Thanks Joanna

Joanna is kind and understanding during our sessions and she listens tentatively so she can ask questions which really make me reflect on my mental health. I couldn't recommend her more, she is such a lovely and caring individual!
