Joanna is kind, patient and reassuring, but likewise is not afraid to gently reality check you when you're in need! She has many useful insights and methods and is an amazing support - in a short time I've already come a long way. Joanna has an extremely calming presence - even over video call. I'd highly recommend Joanna to anyone.

I've had two sessions with Joanna and will continue to have more. She's incredibly kind, non-judgemental and sensitive. The things I've had to talk about have been really hard but they've been received with kindness and compassion which is what I've needed

Joanna has been great for me, although I thought I wanted therapy for a particular issue she has helped me understand there are other things requiring some focus too. The whole process has been very helpful and Joanna’s expertise and demeanour have been really helpful throughout.

Joanna is a superb therapist. They have a deep level of compassion and understanding, with a brilliant blend of support whilst also challenging your own thought processes and expectations in a way that allows you to develop new thinking processes to help deal with your problems.
