About me
Since I was licensed in 1996 I have worked in the public sector in a number of treatment programs as the clinical director within the 12-step program phiolosphy which developed my focus in addiction and recovery work. I believe the core values of small and manageable, as well as, one day at a time applies to life. My theory approaches are Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused which align well with 12-step work.
I find most patients want to make beneficial changes in their lives and move forward, again CBT and Solution Focused theories support this forward movement.
In my solo private practice I treat patients experiencing depression, anxiety and anger issues. I have 25 years of experience in this field and would like of offer help to you.
