For the past 11 years, I have helped people who struggle with mood issues (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder), trauma, grief/loss, stress, and life changes. My approach includes using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Buddhist Psychology.

My deeply held belief in the basic goodness of all people fuels my enthusiasm and commitment to the field of social work and psychotherapy. Let's work collaboratively so you can get relief from your suffering and live a joyful and meaningful life.
