Jodi Weslow, LCSW
About me
I am so glad you have reached out and I look forward to working with you toward your therapy goals. I have over 15 years of experience providing person-centered therapy to address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. As appropriate I also incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as mindfulness exercises.
In my therapy sessions I strive to create a safe, empathic place for you to be open and honest in discussing your past and current struggles, with no fear of judgment. I believe that each client is unique and is on their own personal path toward self-growth. Working together we will discuss your goals and formulate a plan toward achievement.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. While I cannot promise you it will be easy, I can assure you it will be worth it!
