Jodie is a good listener and I like how she counsels me. She is not directive and asks good questions to help me think better. Thank you Jodie! I wish you the best!

Jodie is amazing. She is thoughtful & listens. She presents helpful contrast & inquiring questions. She really provides a space to explore thoughts & emotions, all of which helps with processing how you’re really feeling about “__”. (Insert problem).
I greatly appreciate our sessions & the healthy conversation that challenges my self talk.
