About me

I am a LCSW from Tennessee with forty seven years of experience in providing therapy to a wide range of clients . These patients have suffered from depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, LGBT issues, and trauma as well as numerous other issues. If you chose to speak to me , you will find it a judgement free zone regardless of the situation. I consider myself almost" shock free" so don't hesitate to be as open as you feel comfortable. I am here to provide different perspectives and help you determine your next steps.

Like most therapists, I use a mixture of therapy approaches but lean toward rational emotive therapy in general.

Dr Cooper was always receptive and understanding from day 1. After a few months working with him, I was able to finally find the answers I have been seeking for. Most importantly, he doesn't simply agrees with everything you say, but probes you with questions that will make you think deeply and consider alternatives you have likely missed.
Not only that, Mr. Cooper is always on time and flexible with dates, times and is always on time and ready to talk. I cannot recommend him enough.
