I’ve always been fearful of therapy and being judged for my past experiences or mindset. John does an amazing job bringing a comforting, respectful, and active change mindset to the table. I already feel myself having deeper introspective thoughts and analyzing myself more.
Highly recommend him for anyone who feels they want to take their life in a new, positive thinking and acting direction. He’s a great listener with even greater advice.
