I have my clinical licensure in Social Work in Alabama with 3 years of professional work experience in that area and over a decade helping people in substance use/addiction. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with other addictions, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, & self esteem. I also have experience working with confidence. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of those I get the opportunity to work with.
I enjoy taking a client-centered approach. This is where we work together to focus on things that will help you reach your goals. In some cases, that can include things such as changing your current situation, creating practical tools that benefit lowering your stress levels if the situation can or cannot be changed, setting and achieving goals that will fulfill you, and working on your life achievements.

IDK he was a God send to me even though we've only been able to actually meet once he has sent multiple messages checking on me... At a time I didn't think much of anyone cared! Like I said...
