Joi has been extremely helpful in my journey of self betterment. She is an amazing bouncing board for plans, goals, and ideas; giving great advice on how to achieve them and make them have manageable steps instead of them staying as daunting concepts. She is also great at working through the tougher emotional baggage and pinpointing the triggers that bring it up, the first few developmental instances, and how it plays as obstacles in my day to day life. Joi has been great at catching my negative self talk, pointing it out to me when I am unaware, and reminding me to redirect these thoughts or to counter them with positive truths. Joi has been an instrumental aide in my journey and I am exceptionally grateful to her and our weekly discussions.

Joi is absolutely wonderful. She is thoughtful, caring, and understanding. She truly gave me a new perspective on my situation and helped me see a better side of what I was going through. I would not be where I’m at now without her help.

I can’t say enough good things about Joi. I’ve done talk therapy before and never had the help and results I’ve had with Joi in a very short time with her. I asked for her help in arming myself with the tools I need to navigate some tough relationships and she’s done that and more. She is so positive, encouraging, and genuine. She makes me think and she makes me proud of myself in ways I wasn’t before.
