Very good listener. Reflects well on my situation and gives me useful advise. Actively helping me to process my negative thoughts, and gives me tools to handle them on my own. He is very good at mapping my challenges and helps me to get closer to my goals. The help from Jonathan has been life changing for me. I highly recommend him!

Jonathan has been a great help; I was sceptical about therapy and felt like it wasn't for me. After being pushed by my partner, I decided to try it. I can honestly say it's been a step worth taking. Committing 30-45 minutes each week to discuss how I'm feeling and putting all my thoughts in 1 place has been a fantastic way to manage my stress and cope with what appeared to be 'burnout'. Jonathan has supported me through this journey with a friendly smile and a little banter here and there. I would highly recommend therapy, BetterHelp and Jonathan !
