Joni Utley, Psychologist
About me
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. My background includes extensive work with veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders, offering support for PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I understand the unique demands of military life, but my expertise extends beyond this population—I also work with individuals facing relationship concerns, stress, self-doubt, and major life changes.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client, blending cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, relational therapy, and psychodynamic principles. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and develop practical tools for growth. Whether you’re dealing with past trauma, struggling with confidence, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and strength.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and together we’ll find an approach that works for you. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey.
