I’ve been meeting with Jonna for about three years now. Over the course of this time she has made a huge impact in my personal and emotional growth - helping me work through my concerns and develop healthier coping mechanisms and communication strategies. She listens and works to understand which is something I’ve always appreciated.
I would definitely recommend her services. Thank you, Jonna!

Jonna has been so great. I've tried therapy in the past but had never made it past the first few sessions. With Jonna it was different. She's incredibly smart, easy to connect with, makes me feel like my struggles are normal, reminds me when things are not my fault, and also holds me accountable for the things I need to do to create a better life for myself. I've had some big breakthroughs with her that have been so insightful, and you know it made an impact when you think about it again many times after the session is over. I am very grateful for all she has taught me and could not recommend her enough.

I’ve been seeing Jonna for 6 months now, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I’ve still got a lot of work to do, but with her help, I’ve come a LONG way.
I’m also a sensitive little butterfly and some therapists have been too much for me. In the past, therapy hasn’t been a pleasant experience. Jonna is patient and kind, but she also doesn’t stand for my bull crap excuses. She has supported me in some big life changes and I couldn’t be more grateful for her.
