I have experience in helping clients with a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, self-motivation, and gaining back your confidence. My therapy approach is Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Stress-Based Mindfulness Approach, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
