Josef Hardwick, LICSW, LMFT
About me
Are you going through important life changes? Is conflict or a loss of connection destroying your relationship with your partner? Do you feel a loss of connection with yourself, your family, with others, or with God? Challenges are often disguised opportunities to learn new skills. Hope comes alive when we change the focus and the interpretations we give to our experiences free from our own destructive judgments and those of others. Together, let's leverage dynamic change strategies, spiritual principles, and my 30 years of clinical experience to create an atmosphere where hope and health improves your relationships and your quality of living. I help adults ages 25+, address relationship crises such as escalating conflict; grief and loss; breakdowns in communication; issues at home and work; self-esteem; co-dependency; boundaries; and the role that trauma often plays in getting stuck and staying stuck in addictive behavior patterns.

A very understanding and wise man. Although I have only known him for 2 weeks, I feel very safe and hopeful in his technique and care.
