About me

I am licensed in Alabama and have over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients integrate their Biblical Christian beliefs with relationship issues, trauma, abuse, career difficulties, & depression. I also have experience working with clients who are coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life by taking the first steps toward a change. You can expect me to work with you holistically -body, heart, mind, and soul.
