Joseph Kury II, LPCC
About me
I am licensed in Ohio with over 5 years of professional work experience. I have had the privilege of walking with clients on their mental health journeys as they begin the heroic task of choosing a better life for themselves as they address issues of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, addiction, grief and loss, sexuality, guilt and shame, and trauma. I also have experience working with people who have found it a struggle to find their "tribes" or group of people that support and love them for who they are. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! (But more importantly, I hope you are proud of you for taking this important step in embracing a happier and healthier you!)

I feel respected and that Joe cares about my situation. He is compassionate and I can tell he wants to help improve my quality of life. I feel comfortable opening up to him and I'm very thankful that he is my therapist. Thanks again, Joe!

I adore him, trust him, and always look forward to our sessions. He gets me in a way that no other therapist has and I feel there’s nothing I can’t discuss. It’s confirmed that he’s my favorite

Joe has been a godsend. I have had many other therapists throughout my life, but with Joe it is the first time that I have felt connected and heard. I feel open talking to him and he really cares checking in to see how I’m doing throughout the week. I almost don’t want to recommend him because that’s lees time that he may be available for me.
