About me

Hi and well done on reaching out, i am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with years of experience in private practice and the NHS.

I will be there to support, help and guide you through your counselling jourbey to help ease the anxiety that can come with discussing your present situation and past traumas.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns and worked with clients who can't see a way out and can't find the tools and motivation to move forward. I can help you build your confidence, self esteem and begin looking after you and focusing on your self care.

My therapy style is warm and friendly. I believe in treating anyone with respect, confidentially, compassion, and being non judgemental with the ability to actively listen to what you are saying.

I look forward to working with you and helping you on your journey. I am there to guide you and help you achieve whatever your goals are. I can't promise it will always be easy but I'm with you 100%. You will be surprised how relieved it can feel once you starting exploring those feelings.
