Julia listens to me and respects me while also being able to call me out and give me a realistic view on things.

I am very happy with my experience with Julia. I came to Betterhelp after experiencing quite a shattering experience with a therapist outside of this platform. She has restored my trust in therapy. She is very supportive and knows how to help me, while also maintaining professional boundaries that are so important to a successful therapeutic relationship.

Julia is an incredible Therapist who has helped me work on myself extensively. She always gives great feedback, shows great empathy, and was quickly able to understand me as a person and help me.

I have recently started seeing Julia after trying a couple of therapists . She understands people, she listens . I had a hard time starting my sessions and told her that and she gently encouraged me but assured me we could do it on my time frame. I started the following week and now it’s like talking to my much wiser best friend!
