When I began my journey as a therapist, my goal was to help people not feel so alone in their pain, break mental health stigmas, and find answers hidden within themselves. I had an extreme amount of anxiety starting therapy for the first time ever. I chose to do text chat for the first appointment because of my anxiety. Julia was completely understanding and encouraged me to try a phone call for my next session and I’m so glad I did. I’ve only had 2 sessions with Julia so far and I’m already extremely comfortable with her. I will be sticking with her and recommending her to others.
