Julia is very kind and caring. During our sessions, I always felt heard ,and most importantly for me, never judged which made it so much easier to open up.
She is highly experienced and has given me a lot of valuable advice that has really helped me. Julia is my first therapist and I can’t see myself going to anyone else. I highly recommend her! Thank you for everything

I've found working with Julia really impactful; we've spent time outlining the core goals and challenges I face, discussed ways of addressing them, and taken various different methods to do so; these included grounding techniques and breath work, exercises to identify & reframe challenges, as well as suggesting materials / information to help developing self-worth. She's a considerate and attentive therapist, is very friendly and has been a huge support!

I feel really listened to and heard. I also feel Julia is able to understand and identify an issue amidst a tangle of complex information. I don’t feel judged or like I am not making my own choices still.
